RETURNS POLICY

All items must be returned in their original condition in the original packaging and an outer box for protection purposes. If your return is not accepted, you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you. Returns are free of charge within the UK by using DPD.

Orders over 14 days from the day your order was received will not be accepted, and any item purchased on sale or with a promotional code will only be eligible for store credit.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will notify you that the item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been rejected or approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.
